Homelessness

Your Housing Options Service provides housing advice and assistance to anyone affected by homelessness.

If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness because of a valid legal notice, rough sleeping, fleeing domestic violence or experiencing a relationship breakdown please contact the Housing Options Service so we can carry out an assessment of your needs.

Housing Options Officers provide an initial telephone triage service providing advice, guidance and support.

You will be offered an appointment if you have been assessed as being in immediate need or in need of intensive support.

Festive opening times

Housing Services will close at 12.30pm on 24 December 2024. This is the last day for customers to return keys.

They will continue to provide emergency / urgent repairs services and homelessness can still be reported.

Housing Services will reopen as normal on 2 January 2025.

A 24-hour emergency service will operate during this time on 0300 123 6633.
