Inclusive Services Policy

This policy sets out our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

About this publication

As part of our approach to making sure that everyone is given the same opportunities to achieve the same or similar outcomes, we want to make sure that all people, including those who are vulnerable or who have additional needs, can access and experience our services in a fair and accessible manner.

This sets out our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) as an employer and as a provider of services to tenants and residents in South Tyneside.
